Work With Social Care Aspirations

Working With Us
We operate in close communication with both the resident and external care providers with the goal of delivering the care and support needed by each resident in order to achieve their goals and to maximize independent daily living.
All members of our staff have extensive experience in working with disabled persons, and/or have received extensive training and coaching. We conduct training to teach awareness, sensitivity to disabilities and other considerations that are specifically relevant to their practice area.
Dynamic and Inclusive Teams
We assign a manager who acts as the team leader with final responsibility and accountability for monitoring progress and ensuring that each resident's care plan is carried out. We may change the team leader from time to time if we feel that is in the best interests of the resident, largely depending on how their needs change over time.
The team assigned to each resident meets periodically to review progress, assess whether any changes are needed to such resident's care plan, discuss any changes in health status or new conditions, and any other important updates that should be shared with the team

Fully Qualified
All of our managers are at least National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 5 qualified and all other team members are at least NVQ Level 3 qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience in health and social care services. An NVQ is a qualification that assesses an individual's skills, knowledge and understanding in certain core competencies.
NVQs are based on and developed from national occupational standards that describe the level and breadth of performance that are expected to be employed in health and social care practices.
